Two’s a company, but three is a crowd. That’s going to pop into our minds every time we step into the crowded elevator of our building or a crowded office conference room. Things will never be the same again. The COVID-19 pandemic will be deeply ingrained in our minds for a long time to come.
Social distancing will be top of mind for everyone. Naturally, people will get choosier about where they live and where they work. Since lockdowns will be prevalent until the pandemic ceases to take its toll, home is where you will be for a longer time.
Given a choice, people would prefer living in an independent house rather than in a big, complex, or crowded society. As long as you cannot predict or dictate the behavior of your neighbor, the danger of getting infected will be ever-present in everyone’s conscious and subconscious minds.
With health being a top priority now, houses with proper ventilation, green surrounding, and less overall pollution and population will be much in demand. Even rental wise, those houses which can offer you a pleasant environment will be much preferred while those that do not offer this will find few takers.
Living comfortably in your bungalow or independent house will be safer for you and your family. However, few people can afford a row house in the city, leave alone an independent bungalow.
People will prefer living away from the center of the city to avoid the fear and danger of contracting the disease. They will prefer villas or homes just on the outskirts but close to the city, preferably gated, low-density communities that offer seclusion and are yet easily reachable from these cities or metros. And which have excellent amenities in their locality.
The good news is that there are such projects, including independent villas, coming up just on the outskirts of cities and metros. These villas are situated in the heart of nature. There’s no pollution, no crowds, no noise, but plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Just what the doctor ordered in our current situation. Away from the city crowd, safe, and yet beautifully built and well connected.
The icing on the cake is that these homes are affordable and will probably cost you what a one or two-bedroom costs in the city.
It’s just that in the daily hustle-bustle of our lives, we have failed to see this opportunity to get back to nature, and have so far preferred to live close to offices, in well-populated areas and consequently more polluted areas. All for the sake of saving on travelling time or the chance to visit crowded places like theatres and malls. Health was never a priority, you see.
But now our current living accommodations have suddenly become matchboxes from which we would like to escape for our sakes and the sake of our families. Now the requirement has changed drastically, and these homes on the outskirts of the city will be much in demand.
So what are you waiting for? Go check out these offerings immediately, and I’m sure you’ll fall in love with these lovely villas.
